This ideal candidate has design experience in creating strong visual, high converting campaigns for online media and graphic art for games. This position requires an online portfolio demonstrating conceptual and strategic thinking. This person should have the ability to articulate the rationale behind their design from both a user-centered focus and business perspective. Portfolio will demonstrate:

• A thorough understanding of typography, layout, color and user interface.
• Marketing design examples that communicate rather than have simply visual appeal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create online banners, landing pages, microsites, and update forum.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to design new creative solutions in-line with business objectives.
• Design within brand guidelines to ensure designs are brand compliant, confirming to the overall brand identity and strategy, which could include logos, icons, documents and other asset templates.

Requirements:

• 3 years interactive/graphic design experience with a minimum of 2 years in online creative/marketing campaigns.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work to strict deadlines.
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, and Flash.
• Strong communication skill with a team-first attitude.

Dragon Sword Studios LLC is looking for a developer to program games for our social mobile applications. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mobile game development and using clean code.
The applicant would be responsible for software development/design and final execution of game design directions. This will be required to develop and maintain the core technologies for use in mobile games, and will build robust mobile experiences and maintain rich interactive applications including single and multiplayer games, widgets, etc. Responsibilities:

• Develop user interactions, user interfaces and gameplay elements
• Implement application features with effective user interfaces.
• Deliver quality games and applications, across the spectrum of Apple iOS devices, in a timely fashion.
• Code key game elements with developers and artists.
• Rapidly build and test prototypes.
• Propose and recommend creative solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background and experience social networking games.
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in web standards, design, and technologies including all forms of mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming, Objective C, with XCode, UIKit, Shared Libraries, Frameworks and latest Apple SDK versions, Cocoa Touch and Apple HIG.
• Proficiency in user interface design and implementation following Apple's Human Interface design guidelines.

In this role you will provide valuable administrative support to a small and very dynamic team and will be comfortable carrying out routine tasks individually and as part of a team. There will also be the opportunity to carry out specific projects for the right person. A confident communicator is a must, you will be happy to liaise with corporate supporters and individuals and will use your creativity to help with marketing and fundraising communications and activities. A passion for games and a strong interest in web marketing/ gorilla marketing would be a distinct advantage, in addition to any knowledge of the gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
Communications & PR

• To maintain the company photo library and graphics/image database.
• To assist with development of fundraising and communications materials.

• To give support to third party industry events, which may include attendance at the events
